The knives are very different. It depends on the intended use. If only collect and then think it's best for you.
If the use of public services, then I think the Pentagon is due to the geometry of classical art. So many were originally intended to improve the properties of the armor piercing blades. For utility uses the friction points are inconvenient.
I was so cut Recon CS, not much of a knife, but knfie quite well for his size, my best version to version in carbon steel V - http://zknives.com / knife / fixed / prod / csr was. .. the new not so good.
Moreover SOG Stainless steel is much softer and maximize CS, if this concern. However, if you need to sell after the Pentagon is a better option, of course.
