Psyllium Husks Can I Replace Flour With Psyllium Husks For Frying Chicken Or Burger Patties?

Can I replace flour with psyllium husks for frying chicken or burger patties? - psyllium husks

Hello, I have severe allergic reactions to flowers, but it seems to take much more of psyllium husks. I miss the release of my burger and chicken with flour when frying and wondered whether psyllium shell could be a good substitute. Please let me know!
Thank you.

Psyllium pods have a very different texture of wheat flour. They are thicker and thicker / softer. They are primarily cellulose fibers, while wheat is mainly) protein (gluten. If in a food processor into fine powder as possible to grind, we could test. If your allergies permission, you should try cornstarch or not, such as buckwheat flour (wheat, not at all) or rice flour or flour from one of many that are available.
